We are seeking a skilled and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team.
As a Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient service and administrative support to our medical office.

Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual - Schedule patient appointments using medical scheduling software - Maintain patient records and update information as needed - Assist with medical administrative support tasks, including filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure smooth patient flow - Handle patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services offered
Experience:
