You would be efficiently managing daily tasks and ensuring smooth operations.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle various administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehenisve support to the store owner - Effectivey distribute workload among staff members - Must keep front of house and back office organized - In charge of online and phone orders; including packing, shipping, and returns - Product inventory - Stock replenishemnt - Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone - Assist on the sales floor when necessary Skills:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
