You'll be working directly with the Owner of this studio as you transition into the Studio Manager position.
There is a realistic opportunity for growth, profit sharing, and new location launch as we scale our brand in the market.
STUDIO MANAGER HIGHLIGHTS:
Our client is looking for their next talented and hardworking Studio Manager.
You will be responsible for managing and developing a team of dynamic personalities while embodying and communicating the brand's ethos to both staff and members.
You'll spend time on the floor teaching group fitness classes, as well as off the floor tracking KPIs, creating & executing marketing plans, inspiring brand passion, and driving measurable growth.
This role requires a range of skill sets, an engaging personality, and a passion for the brand that elicits the team's best efforts.
CORE
Responsibilities:
? Create, uphold & update SOPs? Manage back-end software - scheduling & products? Run reporting & track KPIs? Lead & log marketing efforts? Scout, interview, and onboard new talent? Train and onboard new instructors? Manage staff and member communications? Prepare & teach 10
classes per week? Embody studio's ethos & teaching standards? Lead weekly trainer staff meeting? Conduct quarterly meetings with all staff members? Oversee Youth Programs? Oversee, review & develop general staff? Ensure studio's standards are being maintained across the group fitness & privatetraining team by performing programming reviews & class audits, providing feedback andleading development sessions? KEY QUALIFICATIONS AND
Experience:
? Strong writing and communication skills? Extremely detail-oriented & organized? Has an eye for design? Positive, solutions-focused, & self-starting? Proficient in basic math? Highly responsive? Growth-seeking & coachable? Exceptional interpersonal skills? A team player? Musically inclined? 3 years minimum teaching group fitness? Boxing, kettlebell and/or dance background a bonus THRIVE WITH OUR CULTURE:
