Carpentry work (installing kitchen cabinets, laminate flooring, formica countertops, tile work, installing backsplashes, and kitchen floors).
Handle multiple priorities and work orders on a timely basis Communicate well with upper management and tenants including clear communication with emails, texts, and phone calls Knowledgeable about building operating systems ((HVAC - a plus), Boilers, Hot Water Heaters)) including plumbing and basic electrical Driver's License (preferred) A superintendents apartment will be provided Pay Package is comprised of salary, superintendent's apartment and certain reimbursable expenses.
