Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including journal entries, general ledger reconciliation, and accounts receivable/payable Enter payments and vendor bills into QuickBooks with precision and accuracy Issue statements on a monthly basis for past due amounts or storage charges
Qualifications:
Proficiency in QuickBooks and experience with data entry in a financial and accounting role Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry and record keeping Ability to work independently Excellent communication skills both on the phone and via email Job Type:
