Position Overview:
As an Administrative Assistant at Yaeli Fine Art, you will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the gallery.
Your primary responsibilities will include order packaging and fulfillment, customer service, coordination, communication, creating reports, and updating product information on our website.
You will work closely with the gallery staff and contribute to the smooth functioning of the gallery.

Responsibilities:
Order Packaging and Fulfillment:
Carefully package and ship artwork and merchandise to customers, ensuring safe and secure delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all orders and tracking information.
Handle any issues or inquiries related to orders, returns, and shipping.
Customer Service:
Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and support requests in person, over the phone, and via email.
Provide information about the products and the brand to enhance the customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Coordination and Communication:
Collaborate with the gallery team to ensure efficient gallery operations.
Coordinate with artists, collaborations, suppliers, and other stakeholders as necessary.
Maintain clear and effective communication channels within the gallery.
Creating Reports:
Compile and maintain records of sales, inventory, and customer interactions.
Analyze inventory levels Generate regular reports to assess gallery performance and trends Updating Product Information on the Website:
Keep the gallery's website up to date by adding new products, descriptions, images, and pricing information.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product listings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
Previous experience preferred in administrative roles, preferably in the art or retail industry.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with Shopify is a plus.
Attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
